Most users ever online was...
 
I don't know what hack was installed, problem is the number of users wasn't updated. I have 100 members every day and I can see the just an old 15 members status.

where I have to modify anything?

In the Maintenance Tab in the AdminCP you have a tab for updating counter. Try updating Threads, forums, and users and see if that fixes the problem. You might also try Repair and Optomize Tables and repeat it several times until it tells you that all the tables are OK and Up to Date.
