Secondary Usergroup and Ribbons

If I set "Can this group be purchased as a Secondary Usergroup?" to yes, where can my members buy this group? I didn't see any options in vbPlaza menu.

And the second question:
Where can I set price for Ribbons?

1) It's under the misc options. It's called "change secondary usergroup."
2) Yet again, under misc options.
