posts table not aligned
1 Attachment(s)
For some reason (im not sure if a hack messed it up), but only in internet explorer the posts align awkward, not in firefox. I have taken a look at postbit and postbit_legacy, but couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should be checking into to fix this problem?
Version 3.5.0 postbit_legacy Code:
<!-- post #$post[postid] --> |
which version are you running? - very important
Can you post a copy ro your postbit (or postbit_legacy depending on which one you use) placing it inside [ code][/code] tags for review. Thanks. |
I do have the "right column" hack installed, not sure if it would affect it.

As the modification that you have linked to is for 3.6.0 and you have clearly got a 3.5.x postbit there and have stated that you are running 3.5.0 then either you have modified the modification or at least one of the above pieces for information is wrong.
There are two right column modifications available here, so please make sure that you are refering to the correct one. |
Ok, I dug a little deeper to find out which "right column" hack I had installed, because it seemed to be the culprit.
Anyways you are correct, that was the wrong version, it seems I installed the 3.5 version and it was not in use, I must have got another version of the hack and installed in manually in the templates. Needless to say I had the code <table> start tag in the "navbar" template, and the </table> end tag in the "FORUMHOME" template, which caused a problem within the posts. I have fixed it, and hope this helps anyone else who runs into this problem. Thanks |
