What hack is this?

I am looking to get the hack like the mod sections uses. Where the top page has all the hack info, holds the D/L link and rating info...I have hunted for it, but alas I have no clue what it is called to effectivly look through the search.

You could try the GARS Modification along with the Modification/Releases Add-On for it.

There're also couples of other hacks on vb.org may do what you described.
