Help Rollover Effect
 

Hello i am intrested how you put a rollover effect on forum so it can change different color not sure what should I do for vbulletin 3.5.4

in your favorite search engine and you will find all the information you need to do this, except exactly "where" you should add it to your templates.

Then try it in the SEARCH box here and you will find discussion of how it was done in various circumstances with vBulletin by people here.
