Lottery winners

why is always first buyers who wins this lottery ?? :confused:

and

if i want to add new lottery , just add a new lottery and done?? or do i have to do something more??

I agree - the first buyers allways win! I hope this will be fixed soon.

If you want to add a new lottery, you must just "Add new lottery", that's all.
