Right place for a skin bug?
 

I have one form that needs to be fixed before I can launch, but there's a bug somewhere and it's not displaying correctly. I asked VB's Colin Frei, but he says he can't fix it, however he thinks it's related to a $spacer_open in my header template.

newreply.php shows a skin misalignment:
