vb.org Archive - Help please !! Threads+db

Hi......i don't know much english so sorry me if i write wrong....I had a moderator of Offtopic but he act badly so I decided to ban he.....for a period of 3 months.....but i didn't removed him from moderator list.....so he deleted threads of his section and physically.......i have a vb version on localhost in my house, but some older (1 month)......and i have some of that threads....but I don't know how to import that threads from database of my localhost....so i need help.....there is a hack...or some seemed that can import threads of vbulletin ?.......Any help will be welcome............thanks !!
