Custom Search

On my message boards we have some VIP's and I am looking for a way to make their posts easier to find. What I would like to do is create a search box, but only search their posts.

Example:

[Search Field] [Pull Down Bar with selections for "All VIPs" and "VIPuser1", "VIPuser2"... [Search Button]
