Best score ever problem and tournament problem
1 Attachment(s)
Sorry for crossposting, but i have found this support forum just one minute ago :(
I have two questions. 1. On the screenshot you see that the best score ever is below the current highscore. This shouldn't happen, right? 2. On http://www.webgurus.de/forum/arcade....ng=3&faceoff=3 we have a tournament running, where 1 player has played 2/1 games and another player reached the "semi-final" without playing against his opponent (so does the arcade show). I am brandnew to ibpro, so i hope i did not misunderstood the tournament system. Regards, Wachtmeister |
1. Run AdminCP->Arcade->Score Tools->Rebuild Best Results Ever once
2. This happens if a player refreshed/reloads the torunament-game-page, then the counter adds again. Everything else looks good (btw you placed wrong link to the tournament, this is the correct one ;)) "reddy" just reached semi-finals but comes from the rightside branch, he will be placed correctly after "spunky" and "steff" played ;) |

Ok, the "Rebuild scores" also works. Great. Is there maybe a chance of rebuilding scores by cron job each night? Thanks! |
Normally you don't need to rebuild them, it should work properly by itself.

I guess, i have to rebuild them everytime i delete a game, because the arcade displays the wrong #1 player (rangliste) everytime i delete a game. If you can confirm, that i only have to rebuild them when deleting a game, i can handle to do it manual after deleting games. |
ok, yes, that is right - after thinking about it you HAVE to rebuild the league after you delete a game, as the deletion-job does not do this :)
Setup your games and then league will work well ;) |
Hello MrZeropage,
if you call http://www.webgurus.de/forum/arcade.php and see the top right game (30k Starfighter) you'll notice a score of 3.800.400 points and a best score ever of "n/a". I really tried everything now to rebuild all scores and to get something into this "n/a" field ;) There are also some other games with a regular score and a "n/a" best score ever. All scores were rebuilded but this missing scores stayed... Do you have another idea how to fix this? Regards, Wachtmeister Another problem: http://www.webgurus.de/forum/arcade....de&cat=1&st=40 The game Animal Hunter... Best score ever holds the user "test", but i have deleted this users scores from the database with the arcade tool. Animal Hunter still shows the users high score. I also rebuilded the scores after deletings "test"s scores. Maybe you can optimize this process? Edit: PS: Maybe you also want to throw an eye on this screenshot: http://www.bilder-speicher.de/Jobina...ting-page.html |

Never saw such problems on other sites. The screenshot is too small to read anything btw ;) |
