Pulling an Entire Post to another page

Ok, thanks to you guys i was able to pull the latest headlines for my 'Recent Discussion' area, however, there is a forum on my board called 'News', in which i would like to pull the whole post to the front page. So it has

like a news feed pretty much. Does anyone know how to do this?
