Shuting the forum !help!
 

<font color="DarkOrchid">hey guys one of the forums i usually visit today i tried the go to the sit but my browser said site could not be found because of database and in 2 hours i could go on yhe site and i saw that they had a clean up so i see that when they close the forum they fooling with the browser and i didnt understand what they did so was that a CSs work or a javascript or anything else if really there is a hack like this out there i would like to use it of course if u guys can help meh thanx...</font>

Your not making much sense here.

when they close the forum the browser says that page cannot be found so when the open the forum back then you can browser can find the page my question is how to they give this error page how do they do that thanx

That's on the server itself. Easy way would be to block it all w/ .htaccess file, or just to take server offline.
