template changes in Candidate versions and gold ?

is it true to say template changes between Candidate 1 and 3.6 gold will be minimal, i dont want to upgrade to 3.6 now if its going to mean alot of template changes again later on !

I wouldn't expect there to be many template changes at this stage in the game.

If in doubt though, especially as this release is moving quite quickly, I'd wait for Gold to come out.
