Member pays subscription to have access to...

Is there a mod to...let's say..."member pays subscription (monthly or yearly) to have access to a particular forum"?

If not, can someone assist me in setting something like this up?

No, there is no mod for that. Its called the paid subscriptions manager in your admincp and the usergroup manager.
