only one PM shows in Inbox at a time

Hi,

One of my users has reported that he's only able to see one PM in his Inbox at a time. His words:

My inbox seems to only show 1 message at a time. I have to read a message, then delete the message before I can see the next.

Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?
