Disallow/remove links to specific sites
 

There may already be something out there but I haven't found it, if there is point me to it. I want to be able to disallow or remove links in posts & signatures to sites I could specify.

I'm not aware of any modifications that will do this. However, the easiest way to do it is to add the site URL's to your profanity filter. They will then be filtered out with whatever character you choose in posts, titles and signatures including in URL's which will render the links useless.
