Making stickies appear first in search queries
 

I need that all relevant sticky threads appear first in the search results. Is this possible?

Another unrelated question: I've called the "stickies" differently depending on the forum (such as "important" "must read", for example) by changing the variable in each style (each forum has a different style). Is there any way that that the search results show a different phrase next to the thread title?
