Possible Download Hack

I was looking for a hack that allows me to upload files like this one in the link from a clan site I go to [Safe + virus free]. Is there a mod like this that ISNT the links and downloads manager? Bad experience with that today makes me never want to put it on my site again.

Anyways, does anyone know of a hack like this?
