Trying to setup mySQL slave server

I have two servers, and i would like one to be only for mysql. and the other to handle all other aspects.

Both servers are WHM/cPanel, both are on the same network but i can not get the thing setup. Does anyone have a link, or if they could post a quick how to that'd be great ;)
