Search for a specific USERGROUP's posts?

I want to make a 'dev tracker' on my forums, which users can click and instantly be presented with a list of posts by a certain usergroup- is this possible at all? I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

Just going to give this a single bump since it was buried pretty quickly. I've been trying myself to no avail, I was hoping it was something simple. Thanks in advance if anyone does give it a go.
