Point system?
 

I am looking for a system that the staff can use when a winner wins something. It is for a debate team. Winner gets 2 points, loser 0, ties get 1 each. How can we make it so it is visable in their profile?

How do they win. Is it via a poll or is it done manually?

ie. Do you just have threads which a member of staff will come a long and close when the debate ends and then you want to credit each member a point manually?

It works like this: Members debate. After a certain undescided time of staff following the thread of debate, a team is elected winner. Teams consist of 3-5 members. So if a team won, I would give each of the members 2 points. The losers would get none and this would all be done manually. The thread would be closed when the debate ended.

Are the teams set anywhere like in the databse or do you just gorup u[p per debate. Eg: are they in seperate usergroups...

Nope. Members just pick their own teams of 3-5 and put it in the first post so people know they are on a team. We might even make them put it in their signature or something.
