Article & directory hacks (CMS)
Hello people!
I've been looking intensely for a CMS that integrates with vbulletin. I've played with Joomla and although it seems a little complicated, is still a high possibility. Currently, my site uses, vbulletin forums, photopost, article manager by Interactive tools and inLink by Intechnic -- both excellent solutions, although we had to use a custom script to integrate these different products. Now that the site is being redone, I'd like to keep everything within the vb realm and hope that vBulletin will release a CMS in my lifetime. Anyhow, I've looked around the vbadvanced site and could use it, but I would need a different links system and article system than vbadvanced has. Is there a robust directory hack - free or paid and can anyone suggest a good free or paid article hack as well? Thank you... |
Hi m8 why no try http://www.mkportal.it/ i use it, check out my site.
It has: Download section Reviews News Gallery Blog Shout box Links manager Although i dont use half of them myself... The portal is very highly configurable.... Anyway, take a look at my link in my sig :) |
Hmmm... I've looked at mkportal and it doesn't seem that different from vbadvanced. I don't see any real article or links manager -- I'll take another look.
Thanks bashy. |
Have you looked at GARS?.. it is what I use..

That looks very good. I like how you've integrated it on your site. Now I just need to find a good directory system.
Thank you! :) It looks like GARs is missing a categorization system and won't work for me. |
