What in the world is the " Change always items"?

I was just looking at one of my staff members profile and on there is shows

Change Always Items then it has: 6,127

What does this mean? Some of the staff don't have anything in this spot, some just have a 6.

I have nothing in mine, so I am confused as to what this is?
Can anyone help??

It's something to do with your vBPlaza.

These are items that ur user can "update" without having to repurchase them in the vbPlaza.

Like the Username color, if they chose a color and are unhappy with it. They will be able to update the Username color without being charged vbBux for changing it.
