check username on the registration

On many site, I have seen that they check for username (If it exista or not)
passwords (if password maches or not also weak, median, and strong password)
email on registration.

I have vBulletin 3.5.4 installed and I wanted to use one of those hacks. can someone please help me....

This one is a good one to use, it checks for banned email on registration or email change:

There is an email check around here somewhere unless its not longer available then I will have a different one out within the month.
