vb.org Archive - Request: plugin to add numbers in member profile field?

I'm looking for something similar to what you see to the right in this attachment https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...1&d=1130032717

Basically, I'd like to create a new profile field called "Deployments Survived" (my board is military spouses and significant others) and have our members update it with the number of deployments their significant other has been on. Then have some sort of plugin which would take the numbers from this field, add them together each time a member changes that field (adds a deployment), then be able to display something like "xxx deployments have been survived by our members" or something along those lines somewhere on our forum (or maybe in a block on the vbadvanced front page?).

Is this possible? How would it effect site preformance (any server load, query issues)?
