Mod Installation Problem
 
I've been having this problem for a few days. Everytime I install a hack it never fully installs I wait forever for that little yellow dotted bar to stop like I used to and it keeps going like the energizer bunny. Then I see the plugin.php has finished working so I navigate away and the plugin system says I have installed it but none of the extras are there. No Vbuxadmin no Ibproarcade panel no options in the Admin CP. Any Suggestions?

Have you installed anything the alters the plugin or product system ?

not to my knowledge and I just reinstalled everything like fresh everything pulled everything off the server that wasnt done fresh first thing i tried "Trolltacker" same problem and this is a fresh download from vbulletin

ok.... it didnt work and I even tried a fresh install and still it doesnt work

and my admin panel shows me this
