How do I put a background image in a post with html turned on?
 

How do I put a background image in a post in vbulletin? I have set it to allow html in this forum (posts are moderated and so are threads) but I can't ifgure out how to do background images or background colors. Can someone help.

wait I'm not sure what you're exactly asking for. Are you letting your users to change the background color of your posts? if not, then what does it have to do with enabling html or not?

If you simply want to just change the background color for the style, first create a new css class for that background with the background color and the background image that you want, and once you have that new class added, edit your "postbit" or "postbit_legacy" and change the css class of the post to the new one.

not sure how familiar you are with vb's system, so if your not that familiar with it, let me know and I'll see if I can break the steps down a little more.
