A keyword selecting site
 
I have an idea for a website, but need some help on how to program it. Just tips would be nice :)

My idea is to create websites like, 200cars.com. Then when they go there, they will find a heavily SEO'd site with 200 car keywords. They can click the keyword, and buy it. When they buy it, when someone clicks the keyword, it will take it to their site. To shown it is bought and so they can make it stand out, they can purchase SIZE of the keyword, whether or not its bold, italics, underlines, and the color. I want it so they can purchase it all through paypal.

If anyone needs any other info i will try to provide some.

Doing this is against (at least) Google's TOS and your website will be penalized if reported (that's if the spider can't detect your page is not a valid webpage).
