Very Small Design-Issue - Forumdescription in alt-tag

Hi,

i dont wont to show the forumdescription on the first look on the forumdisplay. I really would love to have the description in the alt-tag, so it shows by mouseover when you move with the mouse over the forumtitle.

This cant be difficult, but i simply dont know how to do.
