What does this mean

I keep getting this on a hack im coding and im baffled as to where its being called

That is being called by a plugin attached to the bbcode_create hook.

how do i get around it or make it go away?
im trying to create posts threads and pm's thats all im doing

could it be from the Advanced BBCode Permissions?

Could be, as that would would bbcode hooks. Try to uninstall it and see if the errors go away.
