CRON JOB 4 Unsubscribing members automatically?

Hi,

CRON JOB 4 Unsubscribing members automatically?

How would I set this up in 3.54 or is there some way to disable this subscribe feature for all members?

I would like to set this up to unsubscribe ALL Members from ALL Forums every 5 min or less...
