Hi guys,

Looking for some advice really.

I look after soapchat.net and we have some issues with the way the boards are moderated, especially from one of the admins.

Its become totally subjective.

I want to recruit outside of the community and was looking at a process to do this.

I recall there was a site/forum for people to discuss moderation issues etc and recruit mods.

Does anyone know where this is ?

I have some difficult decisions to make on a board which is going into its 10th year and I would love to find that forum again.
