new post link by mail?

Hi there is a mod or hack tha do this?

I'm using vbulletin with photopost integrated

I need to send all the gallery new post's by mail to all members.
in this E-Mail i need the thumbnail or the link to the new gallery post.

Anyone can suggest anything please?
