Username color not showing up!
I use custom HTML markups for all my usergroups and have made sure to enable the vbPlaza setting that says "Enable vbPlaza Override For Username HTML Markup?".
But when our members try to buy a username color change, it won't work! It'll show up in their Profiles but not in their Postbits. But oddly enough if they buy two items, like a username color AND a glow, then it'll work. But of course many of our members just want the one thing. Also some of our members can't change their username either. I'm running the newest vbPlaza version... v1.5.6. Can someone please help? Is there a template change or anything I can make to allow users to just buy the username color??? Thank you!!! :) |
Sounds like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=118068

Yep, sounds like the same problem! Was CMX able to fix it for you?

I had this same problem until I checked my site in IE. The colors don't work in Firefox.

I'm already using IE but I'm still having problems. *shrug*
It seems not to know what to do with the HTML markups or something... |

Are you using the correct html markups correctly?

Under my Moderator usergroup, for example, I have: <b><font color="darkorchid"> and then </font></b> at the end It ties in with my multi-colored legend of who's who on my site, so I need to keep the HTML markups. Unless I'm doing something wrong here...which is possible! |
