webroot and NOT /forums directory

Sorry to ask this(can't seem to locate), but can someone point me to the tutorial on how to install vB into the webroot and NOT /forums directory?

You do it exactly the same, just upload the files to the web root instead and point your browser to www.yoursite.com/install/install.php
