Health

Hey, not sure if there is something like this already or what.
But id like to get a "health hack". I know one forum that has a system that i want, where you have a health percentage, and to keep your health up, you need to have at least 3 posts a day (3 meals a day parallel), but if you dont keep 3 posts a day up, then your health goes down.

Any links or ideas?
