Can Admins buy lottery tickets for members?
 
We have tons of contests and one of the prizes we offer is a lottery ticket or several lottery tickets depending on the contest. Is there a way, almost like the Admin Donate for points, for admins and mods to give lottery tickets as gifts? I think that would be easier than just giving them points so they can then play the lottery kwim?

Currently there is not an option to purchase lottery tickets for others. It could be done in the future I'm sure though. I'll add this onto the list of ideas for the future.
