Fradulent Hack sale And refuses to refund

Ok i wanna know besides calling the credit card company (because when u call them first thing they ask is if you try everything before calling them)

Here's what happened....This "vbulletin website sales hack" charged me extra for a script when i told him about it he refused to refund, told me he cant cancel subscription that i had to pay the whole 50$ even tho he lowered it for everyone else to 19.99 because dumb ass tried too hard to protect his coding til i open a claim with paypal he refunded the little extra and cancel my account wich means that i already paid 15$ for the year of the hack.....and i have no access to the hack

when i left feedback in the testimonial he banned me.....

When i openned a claim with paypal they refused to refund the other 15$ because he lied and said i had the hack im in the process on calling them back if they cant do nothing wich has happened before.....Before calling my credit card company and get a whole fraud claim wich would take 30 days and personally dont think its worth it

What other measure can i take against this coder's website that will be slightly painless and to prevent others to get screwed?

Some people told me i can sue him...i just dont want other people to get screwed by him

i know its just 15$ but picture if he takes 15$ from 15 people see how much money it is?

I have every proof, copy of transaction and conversation

if when you purchased it was $50, and then he lowered it to $20...i see no reason for him to refund you...i wouldn't have.

You purchased it knowing it was $50, that's just bad luck that you didn't wait till a later date to get it when it was cheaper. Think about it...that would be like wal-mart giving all the previous people refunds when they put something up for sale...

unless i'm understanding you wrong?

MissKalunji 06-20-2006 02:40 PM

No what he did is lowered it for EVERYONE even the ones that already bought the hack......thats what he said on his website.....

I would have understand if it was only for the new buyers.....

But it was his way to appologize for all the downtime his scripts caused people

even when i tried to explain to him how i saw things instead of loging off on me should have explained it to me? im not THAT stubborn if im wrong im wrong if im right least u can do is fix ur mistake no?

One thought. I know vbulletin does not guarantee access to the support forums as part of the license. You can be banned for bad behavior from vbulletin.com and not receive a refund.

If this site has a similar policy, you may be out your money.

BUT, banning from vbulletin.com does not preclude you from downloading the code. If you can not download the code you paid for, you may have a legitimate gripe. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau in the area where the script seller is running his business - but that wouldn't help much.

My best advice is to use these guys:

http://www.consumerhelpweb.com/ They helped me when a national news site plagiarized one of my quizzes. I am not sure about their current pricing, but it wan't high when I used them.

Ok thanks!

I dont care about the support Forum but i should have access to my hack thats all i care about.

You wouldn't want to waste time and money suing him over $15 - the lawyer fees would be 100x that.

MissKalunji 06-20-2006 11:11 PM

I dont want to sue him but i want to be in titled of what is MINE see what im saying?

i paid for it so you give me what should be mine thats why im whilling to sue...espacially since its showed as fraud he might have to loose even more.... plus i still have the credit card company to do the job

Plus imagine how many other ppl will get screwed by him....

So he refunded $30 to everybody that bought it before the lowered price except you?
