Rep Descriptions

This may be a really stupid question, but it wasn't apparent to me initially when editing my postbits. I'd like the description of the reputation (like if you roll-over the bubbles) to display instead of the bubbles.

The Alt tag with the rep didn't make sense. I might need to go hunting for this in a different template? Maybe I need sleep.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!
