Rules on register
 

I'm looking for a hack that will allow me to edit the rules a user must agree to before signing up. Additionally, it would be nice if there was a quick little quiz over the rules to prevent people from just clicking the "I Agree" button without reading. But, I won't be picky so at the very least, a mod to edit the rules. Thanks.

You can change the wording by editing the forum_rules_description phrase.

If you don't like the scrolling, take off the fieldset at the beginning and end of the rules statement in the register_rules template. Nothing you can do about forcing them to read it though -- short of testing them on it. :p
