Copy many child forum

Hello!
I have some forums with 20 same subforums, i.e.

FORUM A
subforums: a b c d e f g h i....

FORUM B
subforums: a b c d e f g h i...

FORUM C
subforums: a b c d e f g h i...

Is it possible to create subforums only for FORUM A and then copy subforums for FORUM B and C?

QUESTION 2
Is it possible to have images for each forum?
