I have a problem and I am in need of help FAST!! There is someont that keeps registering on my forum and making himself an admin. How is this possible. Yesterday he trashed over 250K posts. Please help me.

Maybe one of your fellow admins is acting as backdoor?
If not, it would help if you listed what hacks you have installed.
