i need some newbie help
 
what does that thing at the top mean? it says i need a license. i wanted to download the unblockable ip thing but it's saying i need priveledges and a license? can someone please tell me what this means and how to get past it? thanks

You need to pay for vbulletin, hacks are no good without it. :)
