float image over forumhome?
 
How would I go about getting an image to float over forumhome, or can it be done?

Please describe exactly what you mean, with pictures, if you can. "Float" means something very specific in HTML/CSS jargon.

I would like to have the image floating over the forumhome...as in it will be a large, mostly transparent image...located directly above the forumlisting on forumhome. i'm not sure if we will need it to scroll or stay stationary...but i can figure that part out on my own if it's even possible to do what i'm hoping to do.

couldn't something similar be done for this for what is done for the snowflake mods?
