HTML Markup Fields

I'm trying to create a pair of HTML Markup Fields in a vBulletin Option Setting. This is the code I'm using:

My problem is that the inputted data won't save! Someone please save me from pulling out my hair.

you can add custom vb options while in debug mode ... once in debug mode, an "Add New Setting Group" and "Add Setting" links will appear

if you are unsure about "debug mode" I recommend doing a search ... there are a few plugins/articles on the subject

... I guess I wasn't clear. I've got all that down -- debug, setting, it's all been added. My problem is that I'm trying to add an HTML Markup Setting in my Setting Group -- I'm using the code that I pasted above, but when I enter data into the fields, they don't save upon being submitted. Oh I suppose I should also add that I've got that code inside adminfunctions_options.php, I just added another case statement, so I wouldn't have to deal with escaping the quotes and stuff in the vBOptions Option Data box.
