Cant get non-registered error message to show

Hi there,

if you go to my site:

www.myholidaydisplays.com You will see all forums have PRIVATE on them.
But if you click on the forum, it says no messages posted in the past XX number of days. How do I get it to show the default... You're Not registered screen like the one that shows on the member list when you click on it without being logged in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
