This is the first forum I have ever run by myself so go easy on me, but I think we have what it takes to make it in the long run

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- replace blinking header
- replace marquee
- replace shoutbox

Is there a better shoutbox. Or you think it just shouldnt be there?

I agree about getting rid of the blinking header. I like it, but it would be better if it was steady. Too much flashing images can be dangerous for people with some medical conditions.

I'd move the shoutbox to the bottom of your forums, when they are at the top they take away from the forums activity in the form of posts.

A very interesting navigation menu. It's unique and apart from a couple of gaps where they are obviously members only links, it's a nice idea.

regarding shoutbox...

Problems outweight Benefits:
- consumes a lot of resources (the biggest reason)
- members will use it more compared to board
- it also takes up valuable space that can be used for something more helpful

We have done a TON of updating including a new domain and server. A new review would be much appreciated.
