Something strange.

If you go to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/modifications.php and look at the last post column on the 3.6 modification forums you will see the last post link are shown in the wrong forums. Should be able to fix it by running Maintenance/update counters/Rebuild Forum Information.

nope sweets.... if you look close, that column has a scroll bar. That's not a 'Last Post" column, it's a "Latest Releases"column ;)

LOL Ill be darned. Ive never noticed that before. I hate it though. J/K

LOL... I think it's new with the restructure they did this past week.
I kind of like it... you can scroll there and find the brand new releases without having to go through the threads in that section. Kind of nice

I would love to be able to have a scrollbar for last 10 post in a forum including subforums on forumhome. is there anything like that already?

Boofo 06-09-2006 12:33 PM

That would be cool. I think I'll play with it and see if I can figure it out. Shouldn't be that hard I would think.

Ohiosweetheart 06-09-2006 04:35 PM

That would indeed be very neat!

That's what I showed you the other day. :) Though, I manipulated another's code and added a custom template. For that reason I won't release this unless I construct the code from scratch or run a tutorial (if permitted by the author).

1st image = Regular view; 2nd image = 3 latest threads. You can assign as many threads as you want.

Revpolar 06-09-2006 10:11 PM

Yes I like it but could you do last 10 on a scrollbar. Whos the author you refer to Id like to help lean on em.

Freesteyelz 06-09-2006 10:37 PM

Adding a scrollbar is easy and you can set the number of threads. I just had it at 3. :)

For that example I modified Floris and Colin's codes.
