Scrolling Marquee for latest posts (vertical)

Anyone able to develop a hack for say the 15 latests posts but with the option of scrolling up or down?

Cant believe this hasnt been done before but i have a real urgent requirement for it!

I currently use this:

but would like to put it within a scrolling box allowing me to show more latest posts but using less space
