As stated above in the title, i am looking for people in here to form a team or partners in this project as pioneers

1.Coders/Programmers
2.Designers
3.Creative with Entreprenuer Spirit

Why would anybody contact you about an unpaid project that you have given zero details on? That's like me applying for a job and not even knowing what area of expertise it's in.
